'Courses' option not showing on watch

Hi all. Been trying to load courses to my 245 music for an hour now. Initially it said I had too many courses, so I deleted almost all of them directly from the watch (and also on connect). Now I've supposedly synced my new course onto the watch with connect via both my phone and by plugging it into my PC, and the option for 'courses' doesn't even appear in the list on my watch.

All i Have in 'Navigation' now is: Data screens, Type, Heading bug, and alerts

Meant to be doing a long run in a week which I was going to be relying on my watch for a little! Any tips would be appreciated :-)

Okay wait I think I figured it out, you have to click past the suggested workout and have the base screen open before you hold down the "UP" button to show options (my screen at the top has a little window that says "Options /\" and then "Distance 0.00" "Timer 0:00" and "Pace --:--" below). If you hold the "Up" button here, You should be able to find "Courses" under "Run Settings" and "Training", hope this was helpful!
