FR245 with blue triangle, won't boot. How do I fix it ?

My friend bought a used FR245. It has a blue triangle on the watch face. How do I get it to boot and run ?

When I try to do a factory reset like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC1X_mnYjxg the reset screen appears but is not responsive to button presses and disappears before I can select Yes.

I tried this as well. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lIqY_VTDJbQ Doesn't work. The beeps happen but I still get the triangle when I release the buttons.
