I ran today and noticed that my cadence chart is only showing even numbers. I was running with a metronome and running at a 165 cadence for an easy run. I'm just curious why it only shows either 164 or 166.

So it just doubles whatever is measured
Not quite so, the watch feels the beats from both legs and shows the odd cadence as well.
