I am in a Garmin training plan for a half marathon, but I can't get my VO2 max or training status. Is that an issue that I should be worried about?

I've been using the training plans for a half marathon, but I can't get my training status or VO2 max to show up when I am done running. I have everything checked for it to work. Is there another problem that I'm facing for it to not work?
