50 point max

I have a route for an upcoming half marathon downloaded and it gives me the "max of 50 points, the remaining 123 points will not be loaded" message and was wondering if it will still show me the map of the route during it? Or does everything after those 50 first points just disappear?

Hello! Please see I See a Course Point Max Exceeded Message on My Garmin Device. "When this message is displayed on your device the course that you have created will have its course points automatically reduced keeping critical points in place to allow the unit to continue navigating properly."
