Watch 245 w/ music Having any bpm issues or anything?

Is anyone having issues with their watch? My heart rate went to 160bpm this morning while just putting on makeup at 6am and just now down to 33bpm for just sitting at my desk at work...? Anyone else?

I have to make an amendment, I used the advice - the results have improved significantly.

Unreasonably high pulse values according to the optical sensor during rapid hand movements are practically the norm (tying shoelaces, washing dishes...). As for 33 bpm, I didn’t have to notice, here it’s better to check the pulse as usual on the neck or wrist, in case it’s true.
