Cycling activity negatively affects race predictor times.

Could someone provide insight into why logging a cycling activity seems to have a negative impact on my race predictor times?

On Sunday morning, I completed a 19km run, resulting in my marathon prediction time improving from 3:15 to 3:12. However, later that afternoon, I cycled 27km with a 600-meter elevation gain, and my predicted time for the marathon increased to 3:17.
