Is there a way to add new localization to FR245?

Exactly what do you mean by localization? 

Just changing the language is done in the System settings. You can also change units and formats there.

I can't see that you can get decimal comma instead of decimal point.

I have only two choices in System settings: English and Hebrew. Need to add German. No need to modify units or formats

It doesn't work for some reason. I don't see any language in a list :(
I've even reset the watch and tried one more time. It doesn't work
If I connect the watch to PC I can see empty TEXT folder. Do you think if someone can send me Deutsch LN4 file I can just put it to the folder and be happy?

Try to set a language on the Web in device's settings and then sync by the Express by USB.

But files are in plain text, so probably manually copying should work too.

I've tried device settings on web as well as on Connect on mobile. nothing worked :(

You click the watch > Tools & Content > Utilities > Language Files

Here is from my watch (FR945):

I don't have any additional lanugage files to install.

I see the same empty list for my fr245. The question is how many languages you have on your watch? in System/Language menu
I guess if you have a few of them you should have all of them in TEXT folder on your watch.
