Audio prompts on predefined training session Garmin 245

Hi,

I've had a few different Garmin watches and never had this issue on other models. I now have a Garmin forerunner 245 Music and this is what is happening.

If I create a custom workout from Garmin Connect, with, for example, a warm up ot 1 minute, send it to the phone and then start the workout, after 1 minute I will get the audio prompt saying that the first step of the workout has finished. This is how it should work.

If I change the warm up on the same workout to, for example, 5 minutes, then I will not receive any wudio prompts.

I have tested this with Garmin 45 and Garmin 55, and it works fine, it is just happening with my 245 Music. I have opened a ticket with Garmin Support and their answer is that this is normal behaviour when it clearly is not.

Is anyone else using this feature and can check if the same happens on their 245?
