Forerunner 245 Music - not working with Amazon.

I go through the watch menu as instructed but as soon as I get to 'Playlists' - 'All-Access Playlists' I just keep getting message "No connection to Garmin Connect Mobile 500".  This is despite having tried all the 'fixes' I can find and the Garmin Connect app clearly showing the watch as being connected.  Any ideas?
