I have a tendency to forget to stop my workout. Is there anyway to chop x number of minutes of? I've been mostly logging strength where it would be real handy to just be able to remove the last rest or work period.

I usually just delete the rest period or change to zero in Garmin Connect Web or Garmin Connect Mobile app.

I adjusted the rest period and hit save. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to updates the totals. Both the rest total and the overall total seem unchanged.
