Steps, cadence, hr not registering.

Hi there,

Please help! I bought my sister a garmin forerunner 245 music yesterday. And there are various issues.

1. The watch does not appear to be counting steps correctly. The steps will go up to 515, then just stay at that number.

2. She has gone on 2 runs and 2 walks. When checking the analysis, there is no cadence or HR details at all.

Any ideas on what is wrong?
