How can I reinstall the current firmware or revert to the previous version on my Garmin 245?

Anyone knows how can I reinstall the current version or revert to a previous one? I can't find the old download links anymore

Garmin only allows a firmware downgrade if the new firmware was a beta version and only then back to the previous version. Which in my opinion sucks but again from my opinion I could see from a support perspective it would get more complicated because various pieces of up-gradable firmware, sensor hub, GPS versions could be interdependent.
