Forerunner 245 - dead pixel - support refuses to exchange faulty device for free

Hi,

As many have experienced, dead pixels have appeared on my Forunner 245M without any reason for it or misuse. Design issues happen, but the problem I’m having is that Garmin’s French support refuses to replace the watch for free as it can be expected (and given the policy applied in other countries such as the US).

@Garmin can you help? Just want a device that works as expected without having to pay for it twice.
