GPS not working. Missing CPE file

Since a week ago I've not been able to acquire a GPS signal. I attempt to start an activity and the watch pops up with 'Restart required to use GPS'. I've done multiple restarts, synced to Garmin Express, updated software versions, delete CPE file in RemoteSW folder, deleted the RemoteSW folder, factory reset, synced again to Garmin Express multiple times. I'm currently on Software Version: 13.00.

Any ideas?

hi,

have a look on your watch in the about menu for the GPS firmware version ?

did you do a long press light button until the screen goes dark ?

GPS firmware reads 0.00. Yeah, I tried the long press of the light button as well but no luck. Guess I'll move to garmin support but I have a feeling they'll just send a new device.
