Garmin half marathon training with Greg

how do I change my goal? Without paying too much attention at the beginning I just clicked on "Complete" rather than setting the time target I'm aiming for. So now - 3 weeks in the training - and I'm getting absolutely frustrated (as I've got the impression that having just "completion" rather than a more precise target will affect the preparations / outcome). Do I have to cancel the plan and start the set up from scratch? :-( seem to be missing the trick somewhere

  • Go into the Coach screen.
    Tap the three dots at the top right corner.
    Choose Edit.
    At the bottom it will say "Run" with "Goal" in lighter type underneath.
    Select that, than you can change to Run with a Time Goal, and choose your time. 

    At least, I used these steps to change my time goal part way through my training.
