I have a Garmin Forerunner 245 Music and can transfer music and audiobook files using MTP on Windows 10 fine. With Ubuntu 23.04 Linux I can see the watch, open the file system and see the files OK. However when I copy and paste .mp3 music files across the only thing that gets copied is the music folder; the music files themselves inside the folder fail to transfer. I can read, delete files OK. I guess that something is not right with the MTP transfer protocol, has anyone found a solution?
