Battery life - FR 245

Dears,

I just bought the Garmin Forerunner 245 and experience that it only charges up to 78%. Does anyone had this problem as well?

Assuming you bought it new from Garmin or authorized dealer, I suggest contacting Garmin directly https://support.garmin.com/
