bug happens 100% of the time
Reproduce steps:
1.set up alarm /timer
2. timer is triggered
expected : notification on phone with the possibly to dismiss to mute/dismiss the timer
actual : no notification is triggered
what I tried 
:
1.downgrading clock app version
2.other alarms apps
this is a critical feature for me and will effect my next upgrade decision between garmin and fitbit.
