Forerunner 245 Music Triangle can't connect to PC

My Forerunner 245 Music has suddenly stopped working. I press the 'light' button and the triangle icon is displayed for approx 10 seconds then goes off. I have tried connecting to my PC and Laptop but neither of them recognise it. I have tried all the reset methods I can find on the internet with no success. The watch is 2 years old, is this the kind of life I can expect from Garmin?

Is there some magical solution??

Hi Brycie33,

I'd suggest cleaning your charging port and charging cable with rubbing alcohol. Its sounds like it's not able to charge up past that triangle. If this doesn't resolve it, please reach out…

Try reset (don't remeber how to do it).

My was battery off, and triangle, after reseting few times - started working (light + back button, something like that - try search on youtube reset frozen garmin forerunner)
