Garmin watch up and down buttons not work properly

Garmin 245 music watch i purchase recently, their up & down buttons not as per standard, they are not work properly, kindly look into this

If purchased recently from Garmin, I suggest contacting them directly for a possible warranty exchange. https://support.garmin.com/
