Hi guys,
I’m having a very specific issue with my Garmin forerunner 245 (or, potentially, myself?!). The HR data is generally fairly consistent and accurate, but when I do parkruns it drops off every time somewhere around 3/4K despite my effort generally increasing. It does not do this for 10ks or any longer race I have done, or in training. I’ve attached some pictures as an example…has anyone else experienced this? It’s just so odd that it specifically just happens in parkruns!! I am female if that is of any relevance, and have very skinny wrists (my boyfriend thinks this could be why if it moves but doesn’t explain why it’s only for 5ks)
