Hi,
I plugged my forerunner 245 music in to charge (while on) yesterday evening, and when I put it on this morning I noticed the steps hadn't changed from yesterday - I tried to sync but this did not change anything. I have since been on a run and the steps are not updating at all - they remain stuck on the total for yesterday... I have tried several things suggested on this forum and from other searches, but none of them have worked... these include:
- Confirming activity tracking is on
- Rebooting the device
- Rebooting the phone
- Reinstalling garmin connect
- Hard reset of watch
- Clearing cache and data from garmin connect app
Every time the steps remain the same (stuck on the level from yesterday) and do not update despite activity... does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!
