Forerunner 245 no wifi network

Hello,

i'm trying to connect my Garmin Forerunner 245M to a wifi network, i've tryed via Garmin connect mobile and via Garmin express but the watch can't find any wifi network.

I've tryed with home wifi and even with smartphone hotspot, can someone help me? i can't sync my spotify playlist, for a watch that has "music" in the name is pretty ridicoulous,

my problem is that i have a wifi update that is in loop. The wifi version on the watch is 655.35, if you search here in the forum you can find a lot of thread about this issue. I don't know if garmin can resolve that with an update.
