Improved HR based Training metrics have come to APAC units with SW 11.60. Any details what these are?

Rest of the world got them in SW 11.10, but APAC got just two days back in SW 11.60.

The changelog mentions improvements to HR based training metrics and also to Training Effects impact.

Past queries on this forum has yielded no results.

Anyone notice any changes to these parameters when they upgraded to SW 11.10, some months back?
