ANT/BLE/BT 0.00

After updating to v10.40; my bluetooth has stopped working. It shows ANT/BLE/BT version as 0.00 and keeps on updating continuously. Have tried everything I could but not able to fix. Please suggest.

    Same thing is happening on my Venu watch. It's been 6 days without being able to pair my watch to my phone and also my baterry drains from 100% to zero in about 1.5 hours. FRUSTRATING.

    My BT version also shows 0.00. If anyone knows how or where to find a solution, please let us know.
