Hello! I'm a newbie/returning to running. Quick question... Am I interpreting the following correctly? 5 minutes of challenging pace followed by 5 minutes easy/walking pace repeated 3 times? I realize that this might be a simple question, but I'm returning to running after attempting a marathon too quickly and having a lot of injury/consequences for 10 years as a result. I want to ensure that I'm not repeating my same mistake.
