Some of you have shared that you have been using Spotify with the shuffle feature, which seems to be causing the watch trouble. We would like to have a new thread started for this specific circumstance…
I have found the following works for me.
Play any playlist with shuffle enabled.
Skip the first song before it ends and it plays through the rest of the playlist without a problem.
Same problem which just started 3 days ago. I find that if i skip to the next song the playlist will play as intended. 1.Yes, 2. No. 3. US

I cannot play music and start an activity because then the music stops and cannot be restarted. Or I can actually press play but no music is playing.. hoping for a solution due to this is why I bought the smartwatch.
I have the same issue. Switching wrists does not fix the issue.

I too suffer with this issue but read and followed the advice to play the music and advance to the next song immediately, then the playlist will continue now...since I have done this, my music plays. Most unusual but it works. Advance your music as soon as you turn it on.
