All,
Some of you have shared that you have been using Spotify with the shuffle feature, which seems to be causing the watch trouble. We would like to have a new thread started for this specific circumstance…
I have found the following works for me.
Play any playlist with shuffle enabled.
Skip the first song before it ends and it plays through the rest of the playlist without a problem.
Same problem which just started 3 days ago. I find that if i skip to the next song the playlist will play as intended. 1.Yes, 2. No. 3. US

Note, I moved the watch to my right wrist and no longer have Bluetooth headphone issues when running.
This sounds like your headphones are suffering from the "Body Interference" mentioned in the "The Audio is Cutting Out on My Bluetooth Headphones. What Can I Do?" section of the FAQ we have for this topic:
Bluetooth Headphone Compatibility for Garmin Music Watches
If wearing the watch on your opposite wrist is working, continue to do so.
