Language and other major blugs after update 11.60

The device only work in English and the history and the rest of parameters including profile, activities, etc. has been deleted.

    If you are experiencing this, please reply with the following:

    1. May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
    2. May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
    3. In what country do you live?

    Searching for Wi-Fi network >> Syncing >> Sync Failed

    Sync Failed (via WiFi) is back. It does occasionally work (+-10%) but mostly fails.

    I have rebooted/restarted the watch several of times, and removed and successfully added back several different WiFi networks on the watch.

    Watch face and settings have been reset. Language is only english and cannot change it. It's only english available.

    Hello ,

    I live in France and I'm experiencing the same issues : the only language available is English.
    You can email me and access my Garmin account if necessary.
