GPS doesn't work: "Reboot required to use GPS"

During the connection to the GPS, a notification appears with the text "Reboot required to use GPS. Reboot now?".

After a reboot, the notification keep showing again. I did this several times.

Probably the problem connected to the system update: SV 11.10 (c164fa5).

Same problem with a 245, software 11.60 (19e1fb5). Reset (data and settings) useless. GPS firmware (..system/about..) shows 0.00

I solved this problem with installing the update from Garmin Express (desktop app).
This is what was suggested by garmin support.
