Will not sync with Amazon music anymore

Constantly showing error code 502, all of Garmins suggestions have failed to rectify, nothing works.

Amazon update today ….. exactly the same problem, code 502 again.

Same issue here, I know no help, was looking forward to a long run today, but now without music. Poor show.
