Display damage

Hello. During a cardio workout, my screen froze after 15 min. When restarting the watch using the flash button for 15 sec, a smudge appeared on the top of the screen. The watch has not suffered any impact and the glass does not have any impact. The backlight works and the clock also works since it is synchronized with the mobile, but the screen does not show anything.
It has a solution?

It's broken. The only solution is to contact garmin support and if the watch is still covered by warranty, it should be replaced.

Thanks. I’ve sent the image to spain garmin support. I think that the watch is still under warranty. Considering that the watch has no any sign of impact and crystal display is not broken, i dont understand how display was broken.

Garmin's after sales service is excellent.
After contacting them about the problem, I sent them the images of the error and they determined in less than 1 day that it was covered by the guarantee.
They promptly sent me the instructions to proceed with a watch replacement. I packed mine (without sending the straps) and after 48 hours I had the replacement at home.
Spectacular after-sales service!
