Open water swim, cant connect to internet, saving and syncing device problem

Hi..First, GPS for open water is not working, can’t connect to internet…next, sometimes, starting an activity doesn’t calculate the distance both swim and run. Last, it doesn’t sync even if you update the device. It will sync to your phone if you turn off and on your device.
