Forerunner 245 music displayed inaccurate data

Whilst running my pace and distance where twice as slow and half as far but the data was accurate in Strava, how do I get the displayed data whilst I am running accurate on the watch

Maybe it is using miles instead of km. Check units in system settings on the watch.
