About a month ago my watch started randomly shutting off during runs. This seems to be happening sometime between 20-40 minutes but it's not consistent. It doesn't matter whether the watch battery is high or low (happens during both occasions). The entire watch goes black and the music turns off. If I wait a minute and hold the power button the Garmin blue triangle shows. After another minute or two I get a little image that looks like a lock washer. Another minute and I can get the thing started.
It's incredibly frustrating.
I tried contacting customer service and they told me to re-sync the watch and then reboot, but that hasn't helped. Has anyone else had success fixing this?
