Unusual screen display

Had the watch for a couple of years now and this display has just started popping up randomly throughout the day, does anyone know what it is?

looks like a funny watch-face AOD (always on display) "design" to save battery

Yeah thanks I didn't think about that, I went into the watch face settings and there was a battery saver option so I turned it off see if that helps - Thanks
