New to Forerunner 245 music.
While on a long walk most of the time it correctly displayed cadence of 120-130 which stayed in a narrow range.
But for moments it was wild, and also I don't see cadence in the graph.
The lap average cadence was around 100?
I don't have a foot pod, but I don't need super accuracy but would like to smooth it out. Is it from the moments when you look at your watch?
