Body battery stuck at 5

The body battery on my Garmin Forerunner 245 has been stuck at 5 for 3 days despite plenty of sleep. I read this seems to be an ongoing issue with this model?

Have you tried a hard shutdown/restart? Sometimes that helps.

Hold the light button until the screen goes black (15 seconds or more)
Wait a few seconds then press the light button again to power on the unit.
