My Garmin forerunner 245 keeps continuously beeping during workout

My Garmin forerunner 245 keeps continuously beeping & vibrating once I hit start button on the watch. Turned alert tone and vibration mode off in setting, but didn’t help

On the watch go to Settings->System->Sounds. Set Alert Tones to Off and Vibration to Off.

maybe you have heart-rate alerts enabled?
