Hello!
I did a three hour run (with walks thrown in to survive) with an average heart rate of 162. My Garmin says that my zone 4 is 152-172, but it seems unlikely that I could stay in Z4 for three hours (I am a terribly slow/unfit runner, I'm working on it :) Doing a lot of Z2 runs now). This run was my absolute max for that time, I was in excruciating pain and nausea afterwards. Would I be correct in interpreting this as rather a Z3 run, meaning that I should adjust my zones?
