Watch from US - don't have settings to change measurement units

I bought a Garmin forerunner 245 watch via Amazom from the U.S. and it is set to Miles.
I searched in the watch menu like it says in the forums here but could not
find any "settings"/"User Profile" item to change the measurement units.

The items I do have are: "Power Off", "Assistance", "Connected", "Sync", "Do Not Disturb", "Lock Keys", "Stop Watch", "Timers", "Find My Phone", and "Music Controls".
What am I missing in order to change the measurement units?

Long press on the „Up“ button (the middle one on left side) opens the settings.

What you described seem to be the menu items (long press on „Light“ button/ the upper one on the left side).…
