Blue triangle in Forerunner 245 Music

Hi team,

i have a blue triangle on my Forerunner 245 which is about a year old. i tried pushing buttons to restart / reset but nothing seems to work. Any ideas please? cant get to the support phone from NZ either. cant find an email in the Support Center. it looks rather hopeless.

Thank you. called Garmin Product Support. they went through the diagnostic and are going to exchange the product for free even though it is out of warranty (1 yr and 5 months, warranty is a year). that…

Hello,

When I ordered my unit came like this, I had to return it to Garmin (Europe) and they send me a new unit.
