My HRM-run (purchased Sept 2021) has intermittent connection with Garmin 245 no music (purchased Jan 2021). It appears as connected pre run, but during I can only see L/R balance, cadence data etc. very infrequently - most of the time it doesn’t show anything. After the run limited data is shown in the Garmin App. I have cleaned the strap etc and it can’t be the battery because the strap is so new.
I can’t tell if the heart rate shown after the run is from the strap or the wrist monitor.
Any ideas appreciated!
