How do I download/upgrade Sensor Hub or see which version I have?

Where?

And How I see in general what version of each component currently has in my FR245?

If you don‘t see it as suggested update in Garmin Express, it has probably already been installed. Those updates are not only delivered via Garmin Express on PC, but also via Connect App and Bluetooth…

If you don‘t see it as suggested update in Garmin Express, it has probably already been installed. Those updates are not only delivered via Garmin Express on PC, but also via Connect App and Bluetooth.

To see, what is currently installed on your watch: Long press „Up“ to get to the menu, scroll to „Sytem“ and select, scroll to „Info“ and select, scroll down. I see information about installed modules on the sixth page.
