I have been using Garmin Coach and liking it. This morning was the first "Speed Run" where It had me do 4x 400m runs at a pace of 8:50 with a 1minute rest in betwen each set. I really like how the watch was telling me the pace and HIGH or LOW, etc.
How can I set this up manually so that whenever I run I can tell iit I want to maintain an 8:50 and have the watch say HIGH or LOW based on what I'm doing?
