For the last week or so, my Forerunner 245 has remained paired with my iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 15.1, but it's stopped syncing any data.
It shows as paired in the Garmin Connect app, and I get notifications. It is tracking my heart rate and recording a "Last 4 Hours" history on the device. But when I push the button to sync, the green ring fills instantly, as if there were no new data to sync. And the "My Day" dashboard is now blank, with no data fields populating. (The only thing currently appearing on "My Day" is a live readout of my heart rate.)
Also tried to sync the watch using the Garmin Express desktop app -- but despite the Garmin watch mounting as a disk image, Garmin Express did not discover the watch as plugged in.
I've tried all the solutions offered online -- I've soft-reset the watch, rebooted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed the Garmin Connect app, turned Bluetooth off and on, and forgotten and re-connected the device in Bluetooth. Nothing has worked.
Suggestions welcome.
