Smart Recording vs 1 Second

Hi everyone.

1 Second recording should record 1 point for every second.

But what is the frequency of "smart recording"? May I record more than 1 point per second?

Hi, Smart recording records less frequently not more than 1 second, The idea is to only record data that changes

Thank you: I've just read the article you sent to me.
As you've rightly written, I'd like to understand if the frequency of smart was more than 1 per second, whenever the watch detects more than 1 movement per second.
