Heart Rate and Respiration not picking up on watch.

My watch stopped picking up my heart rate and respiration a few days ago. I have the Forerunner 245 Music. I have tried deleting the app, signing out and back in. Anyone else have this issue? How do I fix it? I saw another post about it. Garmin closed it saying it was fixed.

I would try restarting the watch by pressing the light button until it turns off, then turn I on by pressing it again

have the same issue about past 1,5 months. I've tried everything from the network. Now i'am on 8.09 beta and 14.05 sensor hub. tried rollback to 7.80 firmware. did soft and hard resets, on/off OHR and etc.. it turns on sometimes, works as it wants. But the chest HRM is working fine. I think it started after the update to 7.80

My 245 Music was having the same issues with the HRM working for a while and then just stopped working at all.

However, I noticed that when I include HRM tracking on my watch face (I used one of the default ones), it appears that that HRM keeps tracking as it normally should (somehow this keeps the watch actively tracking your pulse). Sure enough, it's been several days straight and my 245 Music has been tracking my heart rate the whole time without issues.

Hopefully this works for you too.
