I installed the 8.02 beta and rebooted.
The next day I ran a 5K race at an effort I would have expected an aerobic training effect of 3.2 to 3.5, the watch read 0.8.
Treating that as a one-off I ran a 4 mile run just now at what would usually be a 2.8 to 3.0 effort, the watch read 1.2.
I don't rely on the useless wrist HRM , I use an external Polar OH1+
I understand that this is beta software but thought the feedback may be useful.
